Hi, I’m Sophie

I’m a sex/life coach and a self-proclaimed sex curious human, who loves all things related to sex!

I created Sex & Soul to provide the much needed safe, explorative and inclusive space to talk and educate on all things sex, that extends way beyond our substandard sex-ed at school, Google and shitty porn.

I’m a qualified and experienced coach, and trained in Human Sexuality and Sexology.  I ADORE helping people access their own flavour of intimacy, sexual pleasure and sexual empowerment.

​Through my 1:1 coaching, sexual empowerment course and dance school, I create a space for you to explore what’s on your mind, what’s going on up there (and down there!), realise what you really want, find the path that fits for you to find it, and have a bloody good time with it!

I honestly believe that when we are empowered with our unique flavour of what sex and intimacy means for us, articulate that and seek it, we start to become unstoppable in other areas of our lives.

I reached out to Sophie for support and guidance on how to reconnect with my sexual energy at a time when I was struggling to have regular sexual connections with my husband. I was experiencing extreme physical pains during intercourse attempts. This had developed after several courses of IVF and the energy sapping of a demanding birth and young child.
